What do I need to bring?
You will need a valid U.S. ID to get into the festival. IDs will be checked upon admission to the event for general admission, VIP, and designated driver wrist-banding.

What does admission include?
Admission to the event gets you unlimited beer sampling of over 100 different beers, a commemorative glass, and live entertainment from local bands. Tickets are limited in quantity and may sell out.

Do you have VIP tickets?
We do! We are selling a limited amount of VIP tickets for $100, available while supplies last. A VIP ticket is only available to purchase online. This ticket will allow you to enter the park and start sampling beers an hour in advance of the general public (1 pm), a commemorative gift, and access to the VIP area with snacks, seating, and private restrooms.
Do you have to be 21 to get in? What if you’re a designated driver?
Yes. Whether you’re drinking or not, you have to be at least 21 years of age. Don’t forget to bring your valid ID with you- it’s required for admission. And if you’re a designated driver, your ticket is only $20.

How does the designated driver ticket work?
The cost of the designated driver ticket is $20. You get a special wristband, and free non-alcoholic beverages.

How do I get there?
The Knoxville Civic Coliseum Plaza is a ten minute walk northeast of Downtown Knoxville, off of Women’s Basketball Hall of Fame Drive and Howard Baker Jr. Blvd. The Plaza is the northeast side of the Knoxville Civic Auditorium building (home of the Knoxville Ice Bears).
There are three parking garages on the Civic Coliseum campus. View parking options at the Civic Coliseum at www.knoxvillecoliseum.com/parking.
Another option is to park at a City of Knoxville downtown garage for free on that Saturday and walk, Lyft or ride the free Knoxville Trolley Blue Line to the Coliseum. Check out www.parkdowntownknoxville.com for parking options downtown.

Is the event indoor or outdoor?
The Knoxville Civic Coliseum Plaza is outdoors.

Are tickets refundable? What if it rains?
All tickets are nonrefundable. Brewers’ Jam is a fundraiser for Community Shares. Any money obtained from advance ticket sales will be considered a donation to Community Shares. We will continue with the event, rain or shine.
Will food be available to purchase?
Of course! We will have food vendors, and some of Knoxville's hottest food trucks on site selling food.

How many beer samples can I have? Will I be able to try everything?
Samples are unlimited! However, keep in mind this is a sampling event. The glasses will have a 4oz. pour line and our pourers are required by law to keep the samplings at that level.
If sampling all of the wonderful beers at this event is very important to you, you may want to opt for the VIP ticket. It allows you to enter the event one hour before the rest of the public, giving you early access to the beers and shorter lines.
Can I bring my dog?
Unfortunately, dogs are not permitted on festival grounds.

What about my small child?
ONLY children under the age of 1, and no strollers allowed.

When does pouring stop?
Pouring will stop at 5:30pm.
